There takes a lot of dedication and hard work to become an elite mixed martial artist. Take a sneak peak in to the day in the life of a professional MMA fighter, Shay Walsh(13-3). Walsh won a scholarship on our Tiger Muay Thai tryouts in 2014 and has been on a tear ever since, making his name as a top bantamweight contender in Europe.
Walsh has spent his training camp with us in preparation for his upcoming BAMMA bantamweight championship fight against Ed Arthur on November 14th in Birmingham, England at BAMMA 23.
